“To brighten the grey days of winter… comes this adorable little “Swallow” set of beret, to sit snugly a-top your curls, and slot-through scarf to finish the front of a suit or jacket.”
A very sweet design, from the Australian Women’s Weekly, circa 1943.
This pattern requires 2 ounces of the main colour and one ounce in contrast, of fingering weight yarn.
A set of 3.25mm (UK 10) double pointed needles is required also.
Please note all my patterns have a faint watermark.
