Early 1930s plaid-effect jumper with bow detail – vintage crochet pattern (302)

Mad bridge fights? I’d love to see one of those.
This sweet jumper is mainly crocheted, but has knitted ribbed bands which is a nice blend of both techniques. It also allows the sleeves to slightly puff, and the bow is crocheted and attached after.
The suggested colourway was white and poppy, which sounds delightfully smart!

• To fit a 34 inch bust.
• Yarn: Fingering weight
• Hook: UK size 3
• Knitting needles: UK 12, Metric 2.25mm (for the waist and sleeve ribbing)
