Free pattern: Mansfield Men’s Jumper, c. 1930s
A very rare pattern from Bonella – makers of Anlaby Brand wools! I’ve only seen a handful of patterns from this brand so I’m really pleased to share this one with you. It features cables, interspersed with garter rib – deceptively easy!
‘Here is a warm pullover for winter wear. Ideal for all sports and motoring. The model was in navy and the stitch was one of the new “Part Cable” patterns’.
- Finished chest: 39 inches
- Yarn: Analby Speedwool. I believe this would be 12ply equivalent.
- Needles: UK 7 and 5, Metric 4.5mm and 5.5mm
