‘ Marina – as lovely as the royal princess for whom it is named. A cobwebby lace design knitted on large needles in an incredibly short lenth of time. In white Velveen it is the conventional bridal gown – in the brilliant velveen colours it is suitable for many other events.’ – Minerva Style Book 38, c.1934.

  • Yarn: light fingering weight wool (crepe is used in this pattern)
  • Needles: 4.5mm (UK and US 7)
