Description

Enid Gilchrist’s pattern drafting books enabled the home-sewer to recreate every changing fashion look during the late 50s and 60s. The styles in this book perfectly represent the ‘Mad Men’ era.

This 52 page e-booklet gives you measured out diagrams to make your own basic dress pattern and shows you how to transform it into countless different designs. The instructions show you how to manipulate darts, change necklines and countless other drafting techniques. It also includes instructions on how to enlarge or reduce the sizing.

Pattern designs are included for a number of dresses, blouses, skirts and coats.

The instructions are detailed, with the blocks sized for SW, W and XW sizes (34 inch bust, 36 inch bust and 38 inch bust).
