Delicate frills trim the waist, and also form pockets on the upper chest. A peter pan collar completes the look. 8 buttons are also needed.

❤ Yarn: Fingering weight
❤ Needles: UK 12, metric 2.75mm
❤ Tension: 11 sts to the inch, measured over ribbing.
